Are there easy tips and tricks to help me overcome binge eating? More ways to avoid binge eating tips?
1. You can put a sign on the kitchen and refrigerators doors stating “Closed After Dinner”
2. You can brush your teeth right after dinner to remind you that there is no more food.
3. Important Tip: Eat without engaging in any other activity. Taste your food. No reading, watching TV, playing video games or sitting at the computer.
4. Eating late a night usually won’t cause weight gain itself. It’s how many calories you consume.
5. I have heard that you should not eat at least 3 hours before you go to bed. You don’t want to be digesting your food while you sleep.
