Six Important Diet Tips

If you only had to make 1 Diet change Now, What should you do?
** Add at least 1 fruit or veggie daily. As you get comfortable with that, you would want to add an extra serving until you reach 8-10 servings a day. Remember, most of the servings should be in the form of vegetables.
** Eat at least a serving of fruit or veggie at every meal.
** Don’t supersize your food portions unless you want to supersize your clothing.
** Eat consciously. don’t sit in front of the TV and get mezmorized by TV and forget you are eating. Then when you look down, you ate all your food and you are not satisfied. Engage all your senses.
** Start eating a big breakfast. It helps to start burning calories for the rest of the day and you stave off hunger midmorning.
** Half your plate should have veggies and/or fuit for both lunch and dinner.
