Are there easy tips and tricks to help get health benefits from Losing Weight?
1. If you haven’t eating in 3 or 4 hours, your blood glucose levels are probably dropping and that’s why you are feeling wiped out. Eating a small amount of nutrient-dense food like yogurt, will give your brain and body a boost of energy.
2. Make just a few changes to your kitchen and pantry shelves. Just a few changes can get you closer to your weight loss goals. Here’s an example: If you use corn and peanut oil, replace it with olive oil
3. More changes you can make in your kitchen is changing from white bread to whole wheat bread.
4. Why not trade in those fatty cold cuts like salami and bologna and replace them with canned tunna, sliced turkey breast, lean ham and lean roast beef.
5. Why not trade your whole milk to 1% milk or low-fat soy milk. If you are using 2% milk transition down to 1%. I don’t believe in fat-free milk but if you choose to, then eventually transition down to fat-free milk.
