Then pulse until mixtures has a milkshake consistency. This usually makes a 2 cup serving with approx 348 calories and 1.5 grams of fat.
4. If you are starving by 4 pm and you are in the office with no alternative to be able to leave, reach for the nuts. The same applies if your only choices are at a mini-bar.
5. The next time you are feeling wiped out in the late afternoon, forget that cup of coffee and reach for a cup of yogurt instead.
