1. If you must have juice, dilute with water.

2. Eat mostly veggies for lunch and add protein to help fill you up.

4. Limit Your Alchohol to weekends. Better not to have any alcohol though. There are many calories in alcoholic beverages.

5. Eat protein foods with each meal. It will fill you up rather than just startches at your meal.
