Are there any easy and quick weight loss tips to help me lose weight and avoid those extra holiday pounds?
1. When you have a party, give the food away, esp desserts! You can give your leftover food to your company. Save the healthier foods to take to work the next day. If you have way too much food, take extra food to work for your co-workers to enjoy.
2. When you go to the mall, walk around the mall 3 times before you start shopping for exercise.
3. Make exercise or walking daily a non-negotiable priority in your life.
4. Love to dance. Dance with your family at home. This is great family time as well as exercise time.
5. Step away from your computer and take a walk. It is better to walk than to sit down.
